We understand that plans change. Our tiered cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our fleet operations:

Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time.

Short Notice
50% refund for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup.

Last Minute
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup or for no-show appointments.
02. Security Deposits
All rentals require a security deposit held on your credit card. This is not a charge but a temporary authorization.
Release Timeline
Deposits are released immediately upon vehicle return and successful inspection. Please note that your financial institution may take 3-5 business days to reflect the update in your balance.
03. Early Returns
If you return a vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date, Ziply does not offer prorated refunds for the unused time.
As our fleet is booked based on specific duration commitments, early returns result in a loss of potential bookings. We recommend selecting your rental duration carefully.
04. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of severe weather conditions, government-mandated travel restrictions, or vehicle mechanical failure prior to pickup, Ziply provides a 100% refund or a full credit toward a future booking.
Decisions regarding exceptional circumstances are made at the sole discretion of Ziply management to ensure client safety.
05. Refund Process
To request a refund under the terms outlined above:
