Booking Insurance Cancellations Fleet

How do I reserve a vehicle?

Reservations can be made directly through our digital platform or via our concierge line. Simply select your vehicle, choose your dates, and complete the identity verification process. A security deposit is required for all high-performance rentals.

What insurance coverage is provided?

All rentals include comprehensive luxury fleet insurance with a capped liability. We offer additional 'Platinum' coverage options for complete peace of mind, covering all incidental damages and personal liability.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable but can be converted to credit for future rentals.

Is chauffeur service available?

Yes, Ziply provides professional chauffeur services across all major metropolitan hubs. You can toggle 'Professional Driver' during the booking process or contact your concierge after reservation.
